The Metal Roof Restoration Process:
All metal roof surfaces are cleaned and primed as necessary prior to foaming. Then the polyurethane foam is applied which conforms to all configurations of metal surfaces. The polyurethane foam reduces thermal shock in metal surfaces. The elastomeric top UV coat is applied to give you a beautifully restored metal roof surface.
Polyurethane foam is applied with a two component proportioning machine. This provides mixing of the components in the spray gun. The foam is applied as a liquid and rises in a matter of seconds. Within minutes, the surface is firm enough to be walked upon.
